BICEP CURL

The Hammer Strength MTS Chest Press is a sectorised, iso-lateral machine designed to independently target the chest muscles for balanced strength development. It uses separate weight stacks for each arm to allow for independent, diverging, and converging motions, reducing strength imbalances. The machine features a 75kg weight stack per side, with adjustable seating for optimal chest alignment

PREACHER CURL

Hammer Strengths preacher curl is a bicep curl variation performed seated while resting the upper arms on a slanted pad to isolate the biceps. By locking the elbows and shoulders in place, it eliminates momentum and ensures maximum muscle engagement. You can use an EZ bar or dumbbells to build bicep, brachialis, and forearm strength.
