2. Membership & Access

We offer:

Monthly memberships

Day passes

Weekly passes

Student memberships

Classes

All memberships are non-contract and rolling, meaning you can stop at any time.

Access to the gym is only permitted to active members or valid pass holders.

3. Payments

Payments are taken via:

Card payments

Direct Debit (via Clubright)

By signing up, you agree to keep your payment details up to date.

No refunds are offered for:

Unused time

Missed sessions

Partial billing periods

4. Cancellations

As there is no fixed contract, members can cancel at any time.

Access will remain active until the end of the current paid period.

5. Health & Safety

By using Clays Gym, you confirm that:

You are physically fit to exercise

You will use equipment safely and as intended

You follow all gym rules and staff guidance

All members must complete an induction and sign a waiver before using the facilities.

You train at your own risk.

6. Liability

Clays Gym Ltd is not responsible for:

Injuries sustained while using the gym

Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

7. CCTV

CCTV is in operation throughout the premises for:

Safety

Security

Crime prevention

By entering the gym, you consent to being recorded.

8. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access if:

Behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate

Equipment is misused

Other members or staff are disrespected

9. Changes to Services
